I have been a customer of Richetti's since 2000 when I built a home on 160 acres. They had to come out (way out) and test the water to determine what systems I need for landscaping, irrigating and home use. These guys were the best. I've since sold that property and bought 2 more homes, both times using Richetti for my water solutions. They never disappoint. Recently I had a problem with the reverse osmosis unit that was installed. When I called the office, it was within an hour that Greg was at the front door to do the service needed. He didn't have the part on this truck, but called the office from my house and arranged for service the next day. This is a family business and they care about their clients. I would never use any other company. They are the best!

I called Richetti after spending about 2 hours on the phone with Sears regarding a leak in my 2 year-old Kenmore water softener.
Sears was going to charge $75 just to come look at it, never mind the cost of the repair. Richetti scheduled an appointment with me within 48 hours (and would have come sooner if the softener was actively leaking) and Greg came out to take a look. Within a few minutes he had figured out the problem and even found me a used replacement part that he gave me at no cost.
My softener is good as new (though I now wish I had purchased a Richetti softener in the first place). I would recommend Richetti to anyone and will definitely use them again.
Richetti Water withstands the test of time. I started using them in 1990, in residential applications, and most recently in commercial units. My kudos recently go out to Greg, who really knows this specialized industry. He figures out how to resolve the problem first, then completes the work with utmost precision. The Richetti staff are assiduous, no-nonsense workers, who are dedicated to their company. I wrote a review about Richetti about 3 years ago that somehow didn't make it onto the Yelp main review page. We have continued to deal with Richetti over the years and highly recommend this company without question. Greg at Richetti always goes above and beyond to help us with any softener/filter issues that come up. He genuinely cares about the customer and strives to make sure any issues are resolved quickly and correctly. We have very bad well water and the softener and filter turn it into perfectly clear and conditioned water. We are glad that we have the Richetti water filter/softener and the outstanding customer service that Greg and the Richetti team provide.
